Well I’ve been around the house all day doing odds and ends, but also relaxing and catching up on my shows. :) My cocoa-banana scones did inspire me to clean the kitchen and mop the floors and clean the bathroom and clean the ladies’ room for Horseshoe, my cat. P came back from the supermarket with some groceries, and I made us a late lunch.
He picked up some Camembert cheese, so I prepared lunch from that. I also had two lone hot dog buns I needed to use, so there was lunch. I stuck some zucchini sticks in the buns and melted some cheese over top.

I also made some kale chips to go with.
These were great, but I think just a tad overcooked and oversalted. But I am glad I’ve finally tried them - they really do taste like potato chips! Along with my ‘hot dog and chips’, I had some cottage cheese and papaya.

This lunch was 402 calories, 39g carbs, 16g fat, and 28g protein.
Still trying to make it to the gym - I’m planning to go in before dinner. Maybe out to a movie tonight with P?
