Morning! Feeling good and strong today. Plus wearing pink pants, which as we all know, makes for a better day. I woke up this morning starving - and headed on auto-pilot to the pound cake. I had a snack of 1/2 slice worth of crumbles (unpictured). Snack was 103 calories, 14g carbs, 4g fat, and 2 g protein. I brought the cake to work, as promised, and I will be glad when it’s gone!
For breakfast, I had the ususal these days: cup fiber 1, cup milk, banana:
Breakfast was 297 calories, 85g carbs, 2g fat, and 14g protein.
