Today is Ms. Eva’s birthday. Eva was my first great friend in NYC. We lived together for a year (2007) and almost killed each other. Now we’re just good friends (and the murder threats are down to a minimum). Today, Eva turns 26. Last year, for her 25th birthday, we decided she was Old. Now she’s Older than Old. Have a great day Eva - I love you!
I meant to wake up early for the gym this morning, because my afternoon is going to be jam-packed. However, P woke me up when he came in at 1 AM, boo. He had a 5 hour interview - weird finance people. So I didn’t wake up in time for a workout this AM - which means I’ll have to take today as a rest day because I won’t have time this afternoon/tonight.
For breakfast this morning, I had a cup fiber 1, cup nonfat milk, and a banana. This was the first morning I wasn’t excited about this combo - which means I’ve got to switch it up tomorrow!
Breakfast was 329 calories, 92g carbs, 3g fat, and 15g protein.
Today, I’m going to just do it at work. Wish me luck!
