Today, lunch was a no brainer: salad and fruit/cottage cheese! I was going to head to Guy and Gallard, but my co-workers told me that Europa Cafe salads were much fresher and better tasting. Since I’ve only been there once for that extremely caloric tuna wrap, I decided to give them another try. I got a salad with carrots, tomatoes, avocado, spinach, red peppers and fat free lemon herb dressing. I’m not usually a dressing person, but this one was fat free and sounded good.
Great salad. A little small though - I wish I had added more items! They were out of cottage cheese when I got to the deli, so I decided to have yogurt instead. I tried a new kind: Stonyfield Organic Yo Calcium in Wild Berry:
It was good! I’m really trying to up my calcium these days, and this seemed like another no-brainer way to get some. I mixed the yogurt with a pint of berries:
All together: my colorful lunch:

A few weeks ago, Horseshoe knocked my chewy calcium supplements off the counter and into the trash. At least that’s my hypothesis, because they are no where to be found. So in keeping with my calcium kick, after lunch I had two Adora disks. These are way better than the chewy ones - you wouldn’t be able to tell them apart from a regular piece of chocolate. So I bought two bags: one for my office desk and one for my kitchen counter. Calcium ahoy!
Have a great afternoon guys!

The new site looks fabulous!! As do those fresh raspberries ;0)
I ate 2 adora disks after lunch too - nn addition to my lunch yogurt. We are doing good on the calcium today.
