I am on fire this morning! Another early morning workout and great morning meeting with my boss - woohoo! Plus pink pants. 
This morning I had half of one of those cute honey whole wheat buns with a tbsp of PB:
Pre Workout Snack was 155 calories, 15g carbs, 9g fat, and 8g protein.
I accidentally forgot my IPod at work, so I was worried about how my workout would go. Luckily I had my headphones, so I watched an episode of That 70s Show. Unfortunately, I couldn’t really get a good groove going. I’ve been having trouble with that since getting back to working out. 
I did the stepmill, elliptical, and treadmill with weights - plus some ab work. Cardio Smorgas = 348 calories burned.
On my way to the office, I picked up a treat:
For breakfast, I had a bowl of Weetabix Flakes plus a banana and fat free milk:
Breakfast was 343 calories, 81g carbs, 3g fat, and 13g protein.
I’m interviewing interns today - better get to it! Have a great day!
You should post a picture of these pants. I’m pretty sure it will be vastly different from the one I have in my head.
I was gonna say the same as Arielle-I wanna see these pink pants…picture, please! Oh, and maybe then we can see your new nose, too?!

Morning workouts are always a great way to start the day! Keep ‘em going and you’ll find your groove. Apparently the surgery threw off your groove. All this “groove” talk makes me think of The Emperor’s New Groove…great Disney movie, by the way

Justy - Re: nose, jury’s still out on that one. Some people say it looks different, some say it doesn’t. I’ll get some before and after pictures out to you guys.
Re: Emperor’s New Groove, I always knew you were cool Justy, but now I know that you’re awesome. Most underrated Disney movie ever. Just awesome.
