Jeesh, I think I’ve gotten into a bit of a food rut. Sorry guys - but I’m loving my cottage cheese/fruit combo these days. It’s the perfect summer side dish. I’ll try to branch out in the next couple days.
I had to pick up a prescription during lunch, so I grabbed lunch while I was at Duane Reade - because I could!
I wanted to try the other flavor of the tuna I had the other day: Bumble Bee Easy Peel Sensations Lemon & Pepper:
It was tasty. I think I like the tomato and basil flavor better, but this was good too. I had my tuna with some Milton’s crackers, and some nonfat cottage cheese and raspberries:
Yum. Lunch was 468 calories, 61g carbs, 11g fat, and 32g protein.
I had two Adora calcium supplements after lunch (just like I usually do) - and those things were so good I accidentally ate another two! Whoops! Sometimes I think they’re tooo deliciously like real chocolate!
I’m supposed to go to drink with my company after work, but I’ve had a raging headache/nose-ache all day, so I’m not sure I’m up for it. We’ll see. Other than that, I’ve got no plans. The second disc of Flight of the Choncords just arrived in the mail today - so that is definitely calling my name. Have a good one, guys!

I’ve never had berries in my cottage cheese, but I just bought a big thing of blueberries yesterday along with some cottage cheese, so I may try the combo soon! I also think I need to try these Adora calcium things…basically just cuz they’re chocolate. Oh, and maybe I could use more calcium…
Hope you feel better soon!
Justy - give cc/fruit a try - it’s the absolute best! Give Adora a try too - They’re definitely the best calcium supplement I’ve tried - I’m a huge supporter.

try the spicy thai chili tuna–sounds wierd, but if you like spicy its delicious!! Its kind of hard to find though.
Bridget - Good call! I didn’t see that one, I’ll have to seek it out!
