Last night’s festivities definitely tired me out - I slept so soundly last night and slept right through my alarm! My eyes didn’t open until 8:30 - a far cry from their usual 6:50! So I missed my morning workout, boo. I’ll have to go this afternoon after the CSA pickup, double boo.
When I got to work, I had a bowl of Heritage cereal with banana and nonfat milk:
Tasty, but nothing special. Breakfast was 320 calories, 67g carbs, 2g fat, and 13g protein.
As I predicted, work has been nuts today - this post has taken me sooooo long to write. Better get back to it - bye guys!



Hang in there with work!! Your workout later should definitely make you feel better.
I’m jealous that you can wake up at 6:50 and have time to workout before work! What time do you get to work?

Sally - I get to work around 9-9:15. The reason I’m able to workout before then is because I live right across the street from my gym, and I live 14 blocks from my work. I wake up at 6:50 - get to the gym by 7:15-7:20, work out until 8:10-8:15, get home, shower and am out the door by 8:50, and get to work by 9-9:15. It’s tight, but I need my sleep!
