I’m so sorry, you guys - I don’t know how the past day has gotten away from me! I’ve just been working, working, working and I’m still behind! Even though today is a Summer Friday (work ends at 2), I think I’m going to stay later to get some work done!
Last night I picked up our CSA goodies (turnips, summer squash, parsley, salad mix, etc) and got home around 8 PM. On my way up to the CSA, I had the nectarine my boss gave me: Snack was 60 calories, 14g carbs, 0g fat, and 1g protein. I wasn’t feeling too hot this afternoon, and by the time I got home, I was pretty miserable. My stomach was so upset and queasy! I had a small dinner to try and settle it, but it didn’t work, so I just ended up going to bed at like 10 PM - without posting, or talking with P or anything! I feel a lot better this morning, but I missed my morning workout today and took yesterday as a rest day - boo. I’ll have to workout tonight after work, boo again. So last night I had a PB and J on a whole wheat challah roll:
and a banana:
Dinner was 399 calories, 69g carbs, 12g fat, and 11g protein.

For breakfast this morning, I had the same old cup of Heirloom cereal with a medium banana and 3/4c of fat free milk:
Today was my company’s Breakfast Day, so I also got myself a treat:
Yum Coffee. Breakfast was 320 calories, 67g carbs, 2g fat, and 13g protein.
