I forgot my camera this morning. It was Horseshoe’s fault, I swear! She knocked my camera off the counter by the door, where I usually grab it on my way out. If it’s not on the counter I know it’s in my bag. This time I was wrong - it was on the floor. Grr, sorry guys.
Luckily I’m a creature of habit and have pics of most of the things I’m eating today. Score one for continuity!
Although I woke up earlier today, I still didn’t have time to make it to the gym. Boo. I’m actually looking forward to going tonight. It’s funny how going to the gym makes you want to go to the gym. Gym begats gym. I think my body is still catching up from my late night on Saturday.
This morning I had more muesli - I had a muesli break there for a while, but now I’m back in the game. Man I love this stuff. Banana creme with 1/2c oats, 1/2c nonfat vanilla yogurt, 2 oz hemp milk, vanilla, medium banana and flax.
Swoon. So yummy. Breakfast was 411 calories, 78g carbs, 7g fat, and 14g protein.

I realized that one thing about muesli is–you’re always going back for more! I find it impossible to stay away ever since my first bowl! And it’s so easy to prepare–and no pots to clean!
And it is funny isn’t it? I always find that going running once is enough to make you want to go again! And yet it’s still so hard to get myself out the door sometimes :p
Oatmeal - love muesli. love it. Sometimes I have no problem getting to the gym - other times I’d rather naw off my own arm. It’s a toss up.
