To lift my spirits I had two Back to Nature crunchy oatmeal cookies:
I’m having a tough afternoon.
Lunch was 584 calories, 55g carbs, 20g fat, and 54g protein.
I’ve got a Total Body Conditioning class at 6:15, then I’m going to do my C25K run. I need those endorphins today!

i just read your dinner post last night and OMG THERE IS A GROM IN NYC?!!?! I had no idea. I went to one when I was in Florence last fall and didn’t realize it was a chain. I literally sometimes dream about the extra-dark chocolate gelato.
I kid you not, I am coming to NYC the first chance (i go to school in Boston so I guess that means sometime this fall?) I get so that I can have more of that life-changing awesomeness. Also I’m going to have to hit up that cupcake place that you’ve mentioned before, obviously.
I hope your day improves, I’m sure once you exercise you’ll feel so much better–that always happens with me. It’s actually getting to the gym that is the hardest part!
