…when nothing goes right! Grr…here’s to the afternoon getting better. I think what I’m missing these days is some perspective - what is important and what’s not important? I think people might spend their whole lives trying to figure that out. I’m not talking about the big ones - family, friends, health - I’m talking about the gray areas. Le sigh. Ever feel like your like is one big roller coaster ride?
Sorry to vent!
Slept through my run this morning, so that got moved to tonight. After a meeting at work first thing, I had breakfast: the last of my office cereal, 1 1/2c Fiber 1, 1c nonfat milk, and a banana:
Breakfast was 388 calories, 117 carbs, 4g fat, and 17g protein.
