I am a 24 yr old living and working in Manhattan. I have lost 21.5 lbs since January 2008 by following an exercise program and eating a healthy diet incorporating as many fruits, vegetables, and whole grains I can get. I am striving to lose another 30 lbs to get down to my goal weight of 135 lbs. My eating habits are nowhere near perfect, but I'm always honest and real. Welcome and thanks for reading!
